Select Your Harvest Date
After choosing either a half or full beef share, you will be asked to select a harvest date. Act quickly, as slots are filling up fast, to secure your preferred date. We will handle the slaughter of your share, arrange transportation to the selected processor, and communicate directly with the butcher on your behalf. The meat is typically hung and dry-aged for 21-28 days after slaughter, allowing natural enzymes to enhance tenderness and flavor. Once the butcher receives your beef, they will contact you to discuss meat cut options (such as the number of steaks, ground beef, etc.) and packaging preferences. You’ll be notified when your meat is ready for pickup, after it’s been chilled.
Costs and Deposit
Our cattle are harvested at around 30-36 months of age, weighing between 1,100-1,300 pounds.
There are two costs to consider:

Pickup or Shipping
Indiana residents can enjoy tax-free pickup from our farm. For those outside Indiana, shipping options are available with costs calculated based on your location.
Processing Fees
